Just stumbled across this pic of a Rukru Sticker on my phone and thought it was awesome. I just love when there is so many tags that it looks like abstract wallpaper. I think this will be the wallpaper I use when I remodel my imaginary house. This was at a rad joint in Belltown SEA.

Besides the amazing decor of the head, this place had an awesome collection of portrait paintings range from L.A.’s Tupac Shakur to N.Y.C.’s Al Capone beside James Dean, Frank Senatra and an array of pin-up girls with dragons, swords and all sorts of badassness. Excuse the crap photos. The old camera phone sucks in low light.

Marion the Great

So, there’s this chick Marion who pops up on the blog every now and then, and some of you may wonder who she is. While her affiliation with Rukru is not chiseled in stone for the world to see, it is sure as fuck embedded in our DNA. This little lady has been slapping Rukru stickers up on bus stops and street signs since I was swiping packing labels from my first job and printing stickers at home on a junk pile ink jet. What does this mean? It means she has been around through the thick and thin, highs and lows, and everything in between. So if you ever see this girl throwing some stickers on your table or playing with glowing swords at a pirate rave… say hello to Marion, and be nice to her. Because she is AWESOME! She also happens to be an amazing graphic artist. Check her work out at www.kernmistress.com

Prague & Czech Republic

Our homie Aaron just got back from a little tour of Europe. Mainly Prague, Czech Republic, France and Germany. Here are a couple pics I stole from his facebook page. First off is this awesome bar they went to with the sculpted metal facade. I could only imagine who long it took the artist to create this. It’s just a beautiful piece of madness.
