One of my longtime favorite typography and illustration studios, House Industries, will be opening a show at The Reserve Gallery tonight at 7pm. These guys have amazing work and got mad respect for the trade.

Since I just reformatted the blog and can now have larger pics, I’m going to be reposting some of my favorites from the past. This is a little illustration I whipped up a while back and some brass knuckles that I engraved a by hand. They are a little rough, but aren’t we all? Por Vida Rukru, the only life for me.

I was invited to participate in a project by CitID.net to do a lettering that represents the city you live in. Considering we are in Los Angeles… it was a no brainer.
