Flash Back to Memorial Weekend
Posted in Food, tattoo, The Crew, Travels, Uncategorized on June 15th, 2011 by adminI never got around to posting these pics from our Memorial weekend camping trip up to Lake Pyramid. It’s always good to get away from L.A. even if it is just for a couple days, to just chill with good friends and take in the scenery. Speaking of scenery, you gotta love D.Tea from Venice Racket in his super authentic, union approved, American flag suspenders. Although the water was a bit too cold for warm blood, we still got to soak up some rays and hike around a bit. Campfires, booze, blunts and nature. I love America.
Venice Beach Skatepark Fly Through
Posted in Art, graffiti, Los Angeles, Skateboarding, Uncategorized, venice beach on June 13th, 2011 by adminThis video has been super hot the last few days and for obvious reasons. It’s a great birds eye view of the skatepark and graffiti walls around Venice Beach. If it ever warms up this summer, you will find me chillin’ in the sand none stop.
NOM NOM and a little E3 2011 on the side.
Posted in Food, Los Angeles, The Crew, Uncategorized on June 9th, 2011 by admin

Somehow or another we ended up on the list for E3 this year and I gotta say that the best thing about it was grabbing a quick bite at the NOM NOM Truck outside of the Staples Center. Best Banh Mi i’ve had. I’m only partially joking when I say that. The expo was kinda cool considering I’ve been out of the gaming scene for quite a while. I’m big on the classic games like Duck Hunt, Donkey Kong, Excite Bike (which I actually got to play on a new Nintendo 3DS) and the whole Capcom array. So, I want to paint a picture for you to sum up E3. Picture the fantasy vixens from your childhood dreams (aged like cheep scotch) times the number of new games released, times the number of new gaming consoles available, times 3. Now add 3 times as many “gaming industry professionals” (nerds) and add a ton of noise, flashing lights and a shit load of electronics. Here are a few pics I snapped of things that stood out to me. I’m looking forward to Ink and Iron this weekend. Should be a little more up my ally.
